Australians love coffee! They drink about 2 billion cups per year. The most popular coffee is the flat white. It was invented in Australia or New Zealand. A flat white has espresso and steamed milk. It is stronger than a latte. Australian cafés are everywhere, especially in Melbourne. Baristas take their job very seriously. Good coffee is very important to Australians!
