Brisbane, which is the capital of Queensland, has been transformed into a modern and vibrant city over the past two decades. The city, which is located on the Brisbane River, has a population of approximately 2.5 million people. Brisbane has been selected to host the 2032 Olympic Games, which has brought international attention to the city. South Bank, which was originally built for the 1988 World Expo, has been converted into a beautiful parkland with a man-made beach. The subtropical climate, which provides warm weather throughout the year, has made Brisbane an attractive destination for both residents and visitors. Many outdoor activities that can be enjoyed year-round have been developed along the riverfront. The city has also been recognised for its thriving arts and music scene.
