サブスクリプション: 決済完了後、即時利用可能
オーダーメイドワークブック: ヒアリング完了後、通常 7〜14 営業日以内に納品

Custom workbook: Delivered within 7–14 business days after consultation
返品・キャンセルについて / Cancellation & Refund Policy
サブスクリプション（Premium プラン）
- いつでもキャンセル可能です。キャンセルは Stripe の Billing Portal から行えます。
- キャンセル後も、現在の課金期間の終了日まではサービスを引き続き利用できます。
- 日割り返金は行いません。
買い切り商品（オーダーメイドワークブック）
- ヒアリング実施前であればキャンセル・全額返金に対応します。
- ヒアリング実施後、制作に着手した場合は原則として返金いたしません。
- 納品物に重大な不備がある場合は、修正対応いたします。
Subscription (Premium Plan)
- You may cancel at any time via the Stripe Billing Portal.
- After cancellation, you can continue using the service until the end of the current billing period.
- No prorated refunds.
One-time purchase (Custom Workbook)
- Full refund available if cancelled before the consultation takes place.
- No refund after consultation and production has begun.
- If there are significant defects in the deliverable, we will provide corrections.
