支払方法 / Payment Methods
クレジットカード（Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB）および銀行振込 ※ カード決済は Stripe を通じて処理されます。当サービスはお客様のクレジットカード情報を直接保持しません。 ※ 銀行振込の振込手数料はお客様負担となります。 ※ パーソナルコーチングは分割払いに対応します（回数・支払時期は契約時に定め、契約書面に記載します）。
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB) and bank transfer. Card payments are processed via Stripe; we do not store your credit card information directly. Bank transfer fees are borne by the customer. Installment plans are available for personal coaching (details specified in the contract documents).

返品・キャンセルについて / Cancellation & Refund Policy
開発セッション
- セッション開始の24時間前までキャンセル・全額返金に対応します。
- それ以降のキャンセルは返金いたしません。日程変更はご相談ください。
BUMPOの塔・なんカナ発音プログラム
- 決済後すぐに利用できるデジタル商品のため、提供後の購入者都合による返品・返金はお受けできません。
デジタル実装
- お見積りの際に個別に定めます。
パーソナルコーチング（特定継続的役務提供）
パーソナルコーチングは、特定商取引法上の「特定継続的役務提供（語学の教授を含む）」に該当します。
- 契約書面の交付: ご契約にあたり、法定の概要書面および契約書面を交付します（電磁的方法による交付を含む）。
- クーリングオフ: 契約書面を受領した日から起算して8日以内は、書面または電磁的記録により、無条件で契約を解除できます。この場合、受領済みの代金は全額返金します。
- 中途解約: クーリングオフ期間経過後も、契約期間中はいつでも将来に向かって契約を解除できます。この場合の精算は、提供済みの役務の対価に、法定上限内の解約料（5万円または契約残額の20%に相当する額のいずれか低い額。役務提供開始前の解約は1万5千円）を加えた額を上限とし、残額を返金します。
- 精算の単価その他の詳細は契約書面に定めます。
共通
- 納品物に重大な不備がある場合は、修正対応いたします。
- デジタルコンテンツの性質上、納品完了後の返品はお受けできません。
Summary (English)
- Development sessions: full refund up to 24 hours before the session; no refund after that.
- BUMPO Tower companions and Nankana Pronunciation Program: these are digital products available immediately after payment, so no returns or refunds are accepted after delivery for reasons of the buyer's convenience.
- Digital implementation: cancellation terms are specified individually in the estimate.
- Personal coaching (6-month / 1-year programs) is classified as a Specified Continuous Service under Japanese law: an 8-day cooling-off period applies from receipt of the contract documents, and mid-term cancellation is available at any time with statutory limits on cancellation fees. Details are provided in the contract documents.
- Significant defects in deliverables will be corrected. No returns after delivery of digital content.
