支払方法 / Payment Methods

クレジットカード（Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB）および銀行振込 ※ カード決済は Stripe を通じて処理されます。当サービスはお客様のクレジットカード情報を直接保持しません。 ※ 銀行振込の振込手数料はお客様負担となります。 ※ パーソナルコーチングは分割払いに対応します（回数・支払時期は契約時に定め、契約書面に記載します）。

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB) and bank transfer. Card payments are processed via Stripe; we do not store your credit card information directly. Bank transfer fees are borne by the customer. Installment plans are available for personal coaching (details specified in the contract documents).

フルオーダー・単発コーチング・個別契約: ご相談・ヒアリング後、決済リンクをお送りします。決済確認後に制作・セッション実施
パーソナルコーチング: 契約書面の交付後に決済のご案内をお送りします。一括払いまたは分割払い（クレジットカード・銀行振込）。分割の回数・支払時期は契約書面に定めます
Self-order / 30-Day Workbook: Charged at the time of order

返品・キャンセルについて / Cancellation & Refund Policy

30日カスタムワーク・Passion-Driven セルフオーダー

制作着手前であればキャンセル・全額返金に対応します。
制作着手後は原則として返金いたしません。

Passion-Driven フルオーダー

ヒアリング実施前であればキャンセル・全額返金に対応します。
ヒアリング実施後、制作に着手した場合は原則として返金いたしません。

単発コーチング

セッション開始の24時間前までキャンセル・全額返金に対応します。
それ以降のキャンセルは返金いたしません。日程変更はご相談ください。

パーソナルコーチング（特定継続的役務提供）

パーソナルコーチングは、特定商取引法上の「特定継続的役務提供（語学の教授を含む）」に該当します。

契約書面の交付: ご契約にあたり、法定の概要書面および契約書面を交付します（電磁的方法による交付を含む）。
クーリングオフ: 契約書面を受領した日から起算して8日以内は、書面または電磁的記録により、無条件で契約を解除できます。この場合、受領済みの代金は全額返金します。
中途解約: クーリングオフ期間経過後も、契約期間中はいつでも将来に向かって契約を解除できます。この場合の精算は、提供済みの役務の対価に、法定上限内の解約料（5万円または契約残額の20%に相当する額のいずれか低い額。役務提供開始前の解約は1万5千円）を加えた額を上限とし、残額を返金します。
精算の単価その他の詳細は契約書面に定めます。

共通

納品物に重大な不備がある場合は、修正対応いたします。
デジタルコンテンツの性質上、納品完了後の返品はお受けできません。

Summary (English)

Custom workbooks and self-orders: full refund before production begins; no refund after.
Full-orders: full refund before the consultation; no refund once production begins.
Single coaching sessions: full refund up to 24 hours before the session.
Personal coaching (6-month / 1-year programs) is classified as a Specified Continuous Service under Japanese law: an 8-day cooling-off period applies from receipt of the contract documents, and mid-term cancellation is available at any time with statutory limits on cancellation fees. Details are provided in the contract documents.
Significant defects in deliverables will be corrected. No returns after delivery of digital content.
