意味はわからなくて大丈夫。音だけに集中してみてください。
まずスローモーションでゆっくり正確に。言えるようになったらだんだんスピードアップ。
声のON/OFF

p / k だらけ（無声）。喉がブツブツ途切れる。
Mary Miller moaned on Monday morning.
逆に無声ゼロ。声が途切れずなめらか。↑と言い比べて。
Betty Botter bought some butter.
b と t、母音にはさまれた t（バラ／ラ行っぽくなる）。
S と SH
She sells seashells by the seashore.
定番中の定番。さ(s)としゅ(sh)の切り替え。
Six slippery snails slid slowly seaward.
sl / sn の子音つづき。間に「う」を入れない。
TH
The thirty-three thieves thought they thrilled the throne.
th 祭り。舌先を上の歯に軽く。

w と th（weather）の混在。
F と V
Fred fed Ted bread, and Ted fed Fred bread.
f の歯と唇＋ r / l。名前の入れ替えに注意。

v だらけ。歯と唇に声をのせる（日本語にない音）。

超有名。w とチャ(ch)の連発。

短くてウォームアップに最適。

ユ(y)の連続。Unique New York 系。
R と L

r と l の高速切り替え。日本人の鬼門。
Truly rural.
短いのに激ムズ。r→l→r→l。

破裂・止める音
